- Can I build the inventory for my client during the job?
- Yes. Once your client signs up, they can add you as a member of their home while you work, and remove you when you're done. Or take the photos together on their phone during your final walkthrough.
- Can I see my client's inventory afterwards?
- No, not unless they keep you as a member. Their home, their items and their photos are private to them. You see their sign-up status and dates. If they want to share their list, they can download a PDF and send it to you.
- When does my client's year start?
- As soon as they sign up, or 30 days after you send it, whichever comes first.
- What happens when their year ends?
- Before it ends, we remind you. Renew them for another year, or let them continue on their own. Either way they keep everything they've documented.
