- When does my client's year start?
- As soon as they sign up, or 30 days after you send it, whichever comes first.
- Can I see my client's inventory?
- No. Their home, their items and their photos are private to them. You only see their sign-up status and dates. If they want to share their list, they can download a PDF and send it to you.
- What happens when their year ends?
- Before it ends, we remind you. Renew them for another year, or let them continue on their own. Either way they keep everything they've documented.
- Is this allowed under my license?
- Rules on what you can give clients vary by trade and by state. A client's year of Homvi Complete is worth US$49.99. If you're unsure, check with your licensing board or compliance team.
