- When does my customer's year start?
- As soon as they sign up, or 30 days after you send it, whichever comes first.
- Can I see my customer's inventory?
- No. Their home, their items and their photos are private to them. You only see their sign-up status and dates.
- What happens when their year ends?
- Before it ends, we remind you. Renew them for another year, or let them continue on their own. Either way they keep everything they've documented.
- Can I sign up with my work email?
- Yes. You can add a personal email to the same account any time and sign in with either, which keeps your own home inventory with you if you change companies. Customers see whichever contact email you choose.
- Who is Moving Pro for?
- Anyone who helps people move: moving and storage, relocation, and senior move management.
- Not in moving?
